We're here, and we're online!

Hi all! We've made it to the Dominican safe and sound! We're al doing great and did some great work today. We had an AWESOME opportunity to serve breakfast in the kitchen where our project has been for the last 5 years. Such a moving experience for me!
Tomorrow, it looks like we get to do the VBS with the kids. So excited!
Can't wait to post pictures soon, Internet pending of course!
Thank you all for the prayers and support! We couldn't have done this without you all back at home!

T-Minus 31 Hours!

That's right! The 2013 DR Team takes off in about 31 hours!
We're excited and nervous at the same time, but we know God is going to do great work in and through us!
Please be in prayer for us as we work, travel and stay healthy. Pray that God will prepare our hearts and the hearts of those we'll be working with.

Team 2013

All sales are by donation, so you name your price! You won't find better deals anywhere else!

Study and Yard Sale!

The Dominican Team will be studying the book Radical by David Platt. This study is open to ANYONE! Join us 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month for the study. (The next one is October 16) 7pm at MCRC.

There will also be an indoor yard sale coming Saturday, November 10th at MCRC!
Clean out for winter and donate your gently used items to the sale! Toys, clothes, books, household goods, electronics, baby items, etc. We'll take it! You can start donating your items to MCRC on Thursday, November 8th. Hope to see you at the sale that Saturday from 8am-2pm too!

Western Michigan Fair

That's right! The fair is right around the corner, and the Dominican Team is looking for your help!
We have some shifts to be filled. The team will be again working the fair gates, selling entrance tickets and running the concessions in the grand stands during events.
This is an opportunity that we always look forward to. The fair is definitely one of our most anticipated fund raising events. Everyone always has a blast working this one. Don't miss out! Contact MCRC to sign up for a shift soon! This is a great, easy way to support the Dominican Republic Outreach.
