Trust in the Lord

We are spending the day relaxing after spending the morning at church. The service was about trusting in the Lord and praying to Him for what we need.
We've had some powerful devotional times as a team. Everyone has been opening up and sharing deep things that pertain to the devotions. Jeff has done a wonderful job leading. We are truly coming together as a wonderful team and bonding well.
Please be in prayer for the Conrad family as they found out today that Pete's dad passed away. Though there are many ups and down on the team, we know that God is in contol and we can trust in Him to grow and take care of us.
Thanks for all your prayers and support back home for our team. We are comforted in the fact that we have that support back home.

Here are some more pictures of what we've done so far!

A girl here from Virginia, Allison, collected almost 2000 pairs of shoes for kids in the Dominican. We got the opportunity to help distribute some of them.

Loading up on candy to take out into the community for the kids.

Antonio trying not to get mauled by the many kids that came to get some goodies from us.

George sharing some treats.
